Everyone should have a Last Will and Testament to upon death, direct their assets to their beneficiaries of choice. When someone passes away without having prepared a last will and testament, state intestate succession laws govern who will inherit. In my experience, a client’s desires rarely match the state law provisions. A Last Will and Testament is also a valuable vehicle for parents to use to protect their children by nominating a guardian and establishing a trust for their financial support.

We also routinely prepare a Power of Attorney and A Living Will Directive for most estate planning clients as I consider these to be essential documents for anyone who desires to be well-prepares.

When the circumstances warrant, we also assist clients with the preparation of Trusts to accomplish a variety of specific objectives.

We offer estate planning consultations for $125.00. However, this fee is credited towards any estate planning we are retained to perform.
